The Associate Actuary, Analytics Forecasting will be focused on supporting a combination of:
• Developing and maintaining value based pro forma scenario models
• Reducing manual work through automation and standardized modeling
• Providing hands-on analytic support for IDN negotiations
• Working with relevant business partners to align on analytic solutions
• Communicating results with business partners

You will be involved in a combination of model development and enhancement work related to the build of negotiation models. You will also be involved in working with relevant business partners in actually assisting with modeling specific negotiations that require in-depth analytical support and communicating out such results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation

  • MAAA

  • Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms

Additional Information

This is a remote position.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$106,900 - $147,000 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
