Associate AI Solutions Account Executive

Why A.Team

A.Team is how the world's most ambitious enterprises build with AI. We assemble elite, custom product and engineering teams and pair them with an AI-native delivery model to take companies from idea to deployed AI solutions — fast. Our work sits at the intersection of frontier AI capability and real enterprise transformation, inside some of the most recognizable organizations in the world.

We're early, we're growing fast, and our GTM motion is being built right now. That's where you come in.

The Role

This is not a classic BDR seat. You won't carry an individual quota or spend your days cold-dialing a list.

Instead, you'll embed inside our marquee enterprise account — one of the world's largest CPG companies — as the connective tissue of our GTM motion there. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior GTM leaders to keep the engagement moving, turn messy inputs into client-ready collateral, map and open new corners of the account, and continuously upgrade how our sales operation runs. You'll see more of a real enterprise AI sales motion in your first six months than most people see in three years.

Your job, in one sentence: make the account team measurably faster, sharper, and more effective — and never let a thread stall because of us.

What You Will Own
  • The account's operating cadence. Meeting prep, recaps, next steps, and stakeholder follow-through across every live workstream. Every client meeting is prepped before and actioned after — nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Sales collateral, end-to-end. Decks, one-pagers, proposals, and case studies — from raw input across multiple stakeholders to polished, client-ready output. Over time, a reusable collateral library that cuts our proposal turnaround from days to hours.

  • Expansion intelligence. A living map of the account's business units, brands, and stakeholders. You'll research new buying centers, surface expansion openings, and support thoughtful outbound into them alongside the account lead.

  • GTM operations. CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and engagement trackers as a single source of truth — plus finding broken or missing processes and fixing them without being asked, using AI tooling wherever it makes us faster.

  • Product and account expertise. Become fluent in our platform, our delivery model, and our client's world (CPG, brand, and marketing organizations) so you can hold your own in any room.

What You Will Need
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred

  • 3+ years in consulting, sales, marketing, revenue operations, or a comparable client-facing or analytical role

  • At least one deliverable you've owned end-to-end that you can walk us through

  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools in how you already work — you should be able to show us, not tell us

  • Excellent written communication; you'll produce client-facing material from week one

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, early-stage environment

  • Remote (ET preferred)

Who You Are
  • You think from first principles. You break unfamiliar problems down rather than pattern-matching to a playbook, and you diagnose before you prescribe.

  • You're an owner. Follow-through is your signature. You keep small commitments, do unglamorous work well when nobody's watching, and say "I" when something goes wrong.

  • You're coachable. You seek feedback, absorb it without ego, and visibly apply it. Your learning curve is your favorite asset.

  • You're AI-native. AI isn't a topic you follow; it's how you already work. You have earned opinions about what it's good and bad at.

  • You're curious about the client's world. Consumer brands, marketing organizations, and how a CMO thinks genuinely interest you — experience there is a plus, real curiosity is required.

  • You're collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join A.Team?
  • A front-row seat: you'll work inside one of the largest enterprise AI transformations happening anywhere, at one of the world's most recognizable companies.

  • Apprenticeship by design: you'll sit next to senior GTM operators every day, in every deal conversation. The role is structured to teach you enterprise selling from the inside.

  • Real ownership: the account's operating cadence, collateral, and expansion intelligence are yours. When the account moves faster, everyone will know why.

  • Trajectory: this seat is a launchpad. Associates who master it are first in line for engagement management, account executive, or GTM operations paths as we scale.

  • An extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside sharp, kind people building at the frontier of AI.

At A.Team, we are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
