What We Do:

Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.

Huntress now secures more than 5M+ endpoints and 15M+ identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

What You'll Do:

As an Associate Account Manager on the OIS team, you are energized by helping partners turn strong relationships into stronger security outcomes. You will manage a high-volume book of partners, create momentum around Huntress adoption, and find practical ways to grow a single-product customer base across the platform.

You practice Give More Than We Take by bringing useful insight, preparation, and follow-through to every partner interaction, not just asking for the next transaction. Candor guides how you communicate progress, surface obstacles, and set clear expectations with partners and internal teams. You will work closely with Account Managers, sales engineers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to execute targeted plays, build pipeline, and help partners position Huntress with confidence.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage a defined book of customers to identify growth opportunities and drive consistent engagement.

  • Prospect into partner organizations to build relationships with key stakeholders and uncover opportunities for expanded Huntress adoption.

  • Support partner-focused sales plays with leadership and sales engineering, and partner with internal teams to ensure channel partners are enabled and positioned for success across the IIS portfolio.

  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and partner-facing conversations that clearly communicate the value of Huntress managed security solutions.

  • Help manage the sales cycle for partner-led opportunities, including discovery, value positioning, coordination, and deal progression.

  • Track activity, pipeline progression, and partner engagement to improve performance over time.

  • Use AI tools thoughtfully for account preparation, follow-up, and concise meeting summaries while applying sound judgment to the output.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • You have 1+ year of experience in an SDR, customer sales, account management, or similar high-activity sales role.

  • You have strong foundational knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and the Huntress product suite.

  • You have an interest in or experience working with channel partners, MSPs, VARs, or distributor relationships.

  • You can manage a high volume of accounts or partners without letting important details slip through the cracks.

  • You communicate clearly and confidently in partner conversations, product and platform positioning, and follow-up.

  • You are motivated by revenue generation, partner growth, and deal support, and you bring unshakeable resilience to a remote sales environment.

  • You use AI to work faster and smarter on everyday sales workflows, including account preparation, follow-up, and meeting summaries, while exercising good judgment.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
