Location: New York, NY or Norwalk, CT (Hybrid 2 days per week in one of these offices is required)
Qualifications
2-3 years of proven experience in research, data analytics or related field, along with working knowledge of sports/entertainment marketing/sponsorship.
Bachelor's degree in analytics, marketing, sports management, or a related field.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
A desire and willingness to travel as required to conduct on-site research at events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Power BI, R, or Python a plus
A passion for the business of sports and entertainment.
A strong desire to make a positive impact on the sports and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities
Assist in managing all aspects of media measurement and sponsorship valuation projects, including media analysis and reporting.
Assist fan tracking research team in managing data collection, quality control, data analysis, and reporting.
Travel to events and supervise on-site research/data collection team.
Manage research and technology vendors to ensure appropriate project delivery. Includes time spent training AI tools to scan/monitor broadcasts and identify client logos.
Generate and communicate recommendations, insights, observations, and implications based on consumer/fan research, media research, and syndicated studies.
Support other areas of the business, including digital analytics, new business outreach, qualitative research, etc.
Some travel required (including weekends/holidays) to provide logistical support to research teams (i.e. on-site support, managing on-site staff).
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sports and entertainment research and data.
The annual salary range for this position is $62,500-$80,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
