  • Verify citations and source information as needed
  • Perform rigorous "copy-to-copy" comparisons across paper and digital formats of AP Exams as well as across standard- and large-type print or other accommodated formats
  • Partner with the Director, AP Editorial Quality, and Associate Director, Editorial Production and STEM Editor, to update and maintain general AP style guides, course-specific style sheets, and digital formatting guidelines
  • Learn and use content management and authoring platforms to successfully review AP Exams and produce error-free, publication-ready materials

Support the quality and accuracy of editorial reviews for all AP STEM courses (30%)

  • Support the development of style and layout guidelines for all STEM courses
  • Help plan educational opportunities for members of the AP editorial team to support generalist editors in completing STEM editorial tasks
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal subject matter experts by delivering reliable, high-quality editorial support
