We are looking for a collaborative, execution-focused Manager of Employee Experience & Communications to join our People Team. This role plays a critical part in shaping how employees engage with Model N—from onboarding through career milestones—while ensuring they are informed, inspired, and aligned with our company’s mission.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and managing a small global team (1 US-based, 1 India-based), this role supports the development and implementation of initiatives that drive employee engagement, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure consistent internal communications across Model N. You’ll work closely with People Team peers and cross-functional partners to build strong connections between employees and our shared goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a global team of two to deliver high-impact employee experience and internal communications initiatives.
- Execute internal communications in partnership with the Chief People Officer, including messaging for key business updates, executive communications, and change initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Marketing, HRBPs, and other People functions—to identify communication gaps and design programs that enhance employee connection and culture.
- Deliver thoughtful, multi-channel internal communications that connect employees to our mission, reinforce our values, and drive clarity and transparency.
- Design and manage programs that enhance the employee lifecycle experience—from onboarding and milestone moments to engagement surveys and culture campaigns.
- Support the coordination and storytelling around employee recognition, engagement results, and change efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, employee engagement, or related fields.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working closely with senior leaders and acting as a communications advisor or thought partner.
- Previous experience managing small teams or indirect reports across time zones is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise B2B SaaS environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
