Your Role:

 

The Field Enablement and Training Associate Director will be accountable for developing the product training and execution plan needed to support commercial field teams to thrive in a fast-evolving US healthcare ecosystem. This includes training for sales, market access, patient services, and regional marketing liaison teams across three brands and commercial leadership development. The Associate Director will collaborate across all HQ teams to ensure all training remains relevant and focused on supporting the achievement of business objectives.

 

Location Classification – Remote:

Officially classified as working full-time from employee’s home office within the United States or respected region, with the expectation to travel to SpringWorks Therapeutics offices or other locations on occasion as business needs. #LI-Remote

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Develops learning objectives by working closely with the brand team to understand brand plans/goals and with the field leadership team to understand customer engagement and field operations model and performance targets.
  • Designs and delivers a first-class multimodal (e.g., virtual, asynchronous, live, self-directed) L&D program/schedule for this product’s field teams.
  • Manages vendors and associated operating expenses as needed.
  • Works with IT, HR, and Commercial business partners to design and deploy learning solutions using emerging and innovative technology.
  • Delivers impactful experiential workshops during national launch/POA and other strategic commercial meetings.
  • Spends 30% of time in the field auditing effectiveness of training programs and works with business leaders and people managers to evaluate and improve programs.
  • Deploys tailored onboarding, field training plans and continuous learning curriculum.
  • Performs other duties related to securing field force effectiveness.

 

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, advance degree preferred (PharmD, RN, NP)

    • 7+ years of experience in a commercial function of high-performing biopharmaceutical organization with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5+ years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 + years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
    • 3+ years of experience in oncology, neurology and/or rare disease
    • 3+ years of experience in designing highly effective training programs for field-based employees
    • 3+ years of experience in developing learning curriculums, including training workshops for POA and other strategic commercial meetings.
    • Expert level knowledge and experience of the end-to-end learning process, i.e., learning needs assessment, program design and delivery, and learning evaluation and assessment.
    • Expert level ability to interpret customer needs and translate market insights into effective, cohesive program of work tailored for field representatives across sales, market access, and marketing.
    • Strong clinical background with the ability to translate clinical data into understandable learning material.
    • Strong foundation in virtual engagement platforms (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, Webex & Adobe Connect).
    • Understands and is passionate about how to develop and maintain a strong team culture.
    • Demonstrated experience and ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Teams to create a culture of alignment and teaming.
    • Excellent live presentation skills
    • Strong facilitation and training capabilities
    • Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented organization.
    • Evidenced innovative thinking and the deployment of new ideas throughout an organization.
    • Strength in multi-tasking, prioritization, attention to detail, and organization as well as outstanding communication and project management skill.
    • Embraces an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Thrives in demanding, challenging, and ambiguous environments
    • This position must be able to work East Coast hours. 
    • Ability to travel at least 30%


Compensation and Benefits:
The expected salary range for this position is $140,000 – $190,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
