The Associate Director sets the methodology, frameworks, and priorities for the market intelligence function, owns end-to-end delivery of insights across both the PD and acute portfolios, and is accountable for final deliverables that inform executive decision-making. While both the Associate Director and Senior Manager report to the Senior Director, the Associate Director provides functional direction to the Senior Manager, including setting project priorities, reviewing work products, and ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy. • Lead the effort to build a strong, insight-driven culture across the organization; model standards for analytical rigor and strategic communication.
