As an Associate Director, you'll lead Procurement Transformation initiatives, support client engagement, mentor teams, and drive operational enhancements for strategic growth.

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, leading teams, and contributing to business development activities. With support from experienced leaders and a dedicated coach, you will join a collaborative community that invites you to contribute beyond the scope of client delivery.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and implementation of the Procurement Transformation strategy and go-to-market vision, taking ownership of one or more key initiatives to support growth.
- Provide assistance in business development activities, including the creation and delivery of sales materials and proposal responses to clients.
- Provide leadership and oversight to team members in the execution of strategic internal initiatives with the Procurement Transformation team.
- Support a wide range of Business Transformation projects, encompassing system strategy and selection, process improvement, operations performance enhancement, change management, program and project management, data analytics, and business analysis
- Assist organizations in identifying, assessing, and analyzing procurement and finance-related business challenges, spend data, or other areas to enable clients to enhance their operating model and increase impact across procurement, finance and accounting capabilities
- Contribute knowledge and best practices pertaining to other critical business processes such as Source- -to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Financial Close
- Assess client’s Procurement operations and identify transformative change initiatives through detailed procurement analysis, including but not limited to: supplier spend, vendor master data, category savings identification, buy-pay channels, process & compliance management
- Drive client maturity assessments across procurement capabilities, processes, and general operations
- Lead the execution of procurement cost savings (e.g., RFPs, Negotiations) and other optimization activities
- Develop data-driven business cases for transformational change programs
- Project management: Assess and escalate project issues, risks, or conflicts to leadership, proactively suggesting resolutions to ensure smooth project completion
- Mentor team members through coaching, regular ongoing feedback, annual performance reviews, and actively support project teams in resolving complex issues
What You'll Bring
- 9+ years of experience with additional experience in professional services consulting.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following concepts: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Process Optimization, Change Management, Performance Improvement, Project Management and Agile Methodologies
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Suite, and prior experience using one or more of the following tools: AI prompting through Claude or ChatGPT, Tableau, Alteryx and/or Power BI is preferred
- Understanding of AI concepts within Source to Pay and demonstrated use of tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, supply chain or procurement designations or certifications are preferred
