Job Summary
Real Chemistry is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Associate Director. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for transforming revenue and pipeline data into strategic insights that help guide executive decision-making. You’ll analyze performance across clients and capabilities, uncover growth opportunities or risks, and provide data-driven recommendations that support business planning and prioritization.
As a Sales Operations Associate Director, you will play a critical role in shaping executive visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and client-level trends. Leveraging your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence, you will independently develop and deliver high-impact insights, reports, decks, and dashboards that inform critical decisions at the executive level. You will ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams and support account teams with actionable recommendations to optimize performance and accelerate revenue growth. Your leadership and executive presence will be key to influencing business priorities and ensuring that performance insights are both understood and acted upon.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, Integration, and Business Analytics and can be remote in the US or Canada.
What you’ll do:
Deliver Actionable Insights: Lead the creation and delivery of actionable sales performance insights, reports, and dashboards—including building monthly executive materials—to empower decision-making and fuel organizational growth.
Streamline sales processes: Collaborate with account teams to streamline workflows, identify process enhancements, and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance operational agility, reduce cycle times, and improve data integrity by leveraging analytics to deliver actionable insights and performance benchmarks that accelerate pipeline velocity, increase bookings, and drive revenue growth.
Advise executive leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, C-suite executives, and external stakeholders, developing materials and communicating findings and recommendations with clarity, confidence, and executive presence.
Identify trends and opportunities: Evaluate performance across clients, service lines, and sales data to uncover key trends, risks, and opportunities. Champion continuous improvement by identifying what’s working, where gaps exist, and what to prioritize—delivering insights that drive measurable business impact.
Execute cross-functional initiatives: Ensure seamless execution across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams by partnering with cross-functional teams and upholding the highest standards of quality.

Have experience in consulting, professional services, or agency environments where performance storytelling, client variability, and ambiguity are the norm.
What you should have:
7+ years of experience in sales operations, consulting, or a related field. (Experience in sales ops within a professional services or agency environment preferred.)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data analysis and business intelligence tools (such as Excel, Power BI, or similar) to drive actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering results across multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to present complex findings clearly and confidently to C-level executives.
While healthcare experience is a plus, it’s not required — adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to quickly learn a new industry are more important.
Pay Range: $170,000 (USD) - $200,000 (USD) base salary
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients.
