Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking an Associate Flight Operations Generalist - Dispatcher to join our team in Seattle, WA.
The perfect candidate applies policies, procedures, regulations, and best practices to produce clear informational and technical materials, helps develop and implement departmental plans and objectives, and researches organizational issues of moderate scope. They support meetings to ensure information visibility, gather and validate project requirements, assist with scheduling and budgeting while tracking execution and status, coordinate facility needs, and maintain training records and materials, all under general supervision.

Position Responsibilities:
- Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials to others
- Participates in the development and implementation of plans and objectives to meet departmental requirements
- Assists in the research and evaluation of organizational issues of moderate scope and complexity
- Supports meetings and reviews to ensure that information visibility is provided
- Gathers requirements for projects of moderate scope and complexity and ensures all requirements are met
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of the department schedule and budget; assists in monitoring and tracking execution of the plan and communicates plan status
- Plans and coordinates facility requirements by interfacing with focal points to satisfy the needs of the business and employees
- Maintains and tracks training requirements
- Assists with content development of training materials by interfacing with others
- Works under general supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
- Experience with FAA rules and regulations regarding pilot currency and proficiency
- FAA Dispatcher License
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Flight Operations System (FOS) experience
- International dispatch experience
