Position Summary:
As an Associate Implementation Analyst, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-notch implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other professional offerings to both new and existing customers. You'll lead the full life cycle of client deployments for our software, managing expectations, meeting timelines, and acting as a key liaison between clients and various company departments. Your role will also involve educating clients on software capabilities and communicating enhancement ideas to our Product team.
Expected Duties:
Credential Gathering: Collect core credentials, third-party credentials, product requirements, and client documents.
Product Workbooks: Provide and review product workbooks with clients.
Troubleshooting: Review and troubleshoot third-party issues.
Client Support: Assist with client validation configuration.
Software Expertise: Develop a growing understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software to educate clients and provide best practice recommendations.
Project Management: Adhere to project schedules, ensuring all resources meet timelines effectively.

This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to gain foundational skills and on-the-job training. You'll be closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment, focusing on building your proficiency in the subject area.
Entry-Level Professional: No prior professional-level experience required.
Basic Skill Set: Requires a basic skill set and proficiency.
Guided Work: Conduct work assignments as directed.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of professional experience.
Onboarding Activities: Ability to perform client/third-party onboarding activities.
Support and Assistance: Ability to shadow and assist in configuration and UAT implementation activities.
