ProcessUnity is looking for an innovative, self-motivated, and curious Associate Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Success team. You will be joining an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive organization that will empower you to make an immediate impact on how we deliver risk and regulatory solutions to our customers.
The Associate Implementation Consultant is a client-facing position, meaning that you will be directly supporting Cybersecurity and Third Party Risk Management implementations of our industry-leading SaaS software.
ProcessUnity has developed a comprehensive onboarding and apprenticeship experience for Associate Implementation Consultants. This program includes training and certification, coaching, mentorship, job shadowing, and a rotation into all facets of the implementation process. In this role you will be working directly with some of the industry’s top consultants and thought leaders as you develop your skills.
What You'll Do:
- Configure ProcessUnity’s software applications for clients
- Enable and teach ProcessUnity clients on how to use our solutions
- Assist with delivery of both remote and onsite implementation workshops
- Lead, manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Deliver day-to-day support to our existing clients
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, product training and other strategic initiatives
Desired Experience & Skills:
- BS/BA degree in computer or business-related discipline. MBA/MS a plus
- Competency with large volumes of data, data manipulation, formula writing, SQL, etc.
- Willingness to learn and understand relational database management and configuration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to network and develop relationships, both internally and with clients
- Ability to balance competing priorities and succeed in a fast-paced environment
Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
