Why We're Looking for You
We're looking for an Implementation Associate to join our growing team and help banks successfully launch and optimize their digital banking experiences. This is a hands-on role where you'll configure banking workflows, manage client relationships, and directly impact how millions of customers interact with their financial institutions.
As an Implementation Associate, you'll be the bridge between our powerful platform and our clients' vision, turning complex banking requirements into seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize banking workflows including account opening, onboarding, maintenance, and lending applications using our no-code platform
Build forms, set up integrations, and create business rules that meet specific regulatory and operational requirements
Lead client calls and manage multiple concurrent implementations with competing deadlines
Manage complex, high-impact projects that enhance essential banking services, including account onboarding, customer maintenance, treasury services, and lending processes
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand how to fully leverage Prelim's platform to streamline operations and drive measurable business outcomes
Provide strategic insights and feedback to product teams, contributing to ongoing platform improvements and innovation
Build and maintain strong relationships with banking executives and operations teams across multiple client organizations
What We're Looking For
Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities - you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure
Quick learner who can master new technical concepts independently
Legally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United States
Nice to Haves
Experience with no-code/low-code platforms or workflow automation tools
Technical skills in a scripting language
Previous consulting or professional services experience
