This is an opportunity to join the Pullman Boards & Components Day Shift team. The schedule will be Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm.

As an Associate Manufacturing Supervisor, a typical day might include the following:

  • Managing department indicators and providing clear direction to meet production objective.

  • Inspire and drive employee performance and engagement by mentoring, teaching, and coaching employees.

  • Actively and effectively maintain SEL culture by managing and addressing detractors to our values.

  • Consistently seek clarity through data to drive and promote improvement in culture, safety, quality, delivery, and profit.

  • Model, teach and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

  • Understand. Create. Simplify.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range Data

We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for this position is $29.18 - $43.08 per hour.
