We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager for Campaign Execution to join our marketing operations team. This role will be pivotal in managing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving measurable results. This function is supported by an offshore agency, requiring the candidate to effectively manage cross-border collaboration and ensure seamless integration of offshore resources into campaign workflows.

The impact you will have:

  • Capacity & Resource Planning:
    • Coordinate with the offshore agency to balance workloads and optimize efficiency.
    • Monitor resource utilization and proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks or enablement opportunities.
    • Identify risks or roadblocks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep campaigns on track.
  • Campaign Execution Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end campaign operations process including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., demand gen, field marketing) to ensure campaigns meet requirements, deadlines and quality standards.
  • Offshore Agency Collaboration:
    • Act as the primary liaison for the offshore agency supporting campaign execution.
    • Ensure effective communication across time zones to align deliverables with campaign requirements.
    • Conduct regular reviews of agency performance to maintain high-quality outputs.
  • Cross-Team Influence & Collaboration:
    • Work closely with adjacent teams (e.g., web, analytics) to align on shared outcomes and dependencies.
    • Drive team-wide initiatives that improve campaign workflows and operational processes.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Establish and refine processes for campaign intake, prioritization, and execution to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Develop program KPIs that drive efficiency (e.g., SLA adherence, cost per campaign, process improvements).
    • Proactive communication on program KPIs.
    • Advocate for best practices in marketing operations.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in program management or marketing operations within a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows involving multiple stakeholders and offshore resources.
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like Asana, Jira, or Wrike.
  • Analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards using tools like Tableau or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo or HubSpot).
  • Experience working in high-growth technology companies or SaaS environments is highly desirable.

Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 2 Pay Range

$105,500$161,800 USD

Zone 3 Pay Range

$99,600$152,800 USD
