JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

GTM Planning & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of GTM plans for new products, promotions, campaigns, and business initiatives.
  • Translate product and commercial propositions into clear GTM requirements, activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate end-to-end launch readiness across relevant teams and channels.
  • Maintain GTM plans, trackers, timelines, and action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Proactively identify execution gaps, dependencies, and risks, and follow through to resolution.

Campaign & Promotion Management

  • Coordinate implementation of prepaid campaigns and promotional activities across relevant customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure campaign mechanics, pricing, eligibility, communication, and operational requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Work with stakeholders on campaign materials, customer communications, FAQs, terms and conditions, and other supporting materials.
  • Conduct pre-launch readiness checks and post-launch monitoring to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Channel & Sales Readiness

  • Work closely with Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Digital, Customer Service, and other relevant teams to ensure channel readiness.
  • Coordinate product and campaign information required by frontliners, dealers, partners, and customer-facing channels.
  • Ensure stakeholders have clear and timely information on proposition, mechanics, customer eligibility, and campaign periods.
  • Gather channel feedback and highlight opportunities to improve execution and customer response.

Commercial Performance Tracking

  • Track performance of launches, campaigns, promotions, and other GTM initiatives against agreed targets and KPIs.
  • Analyse sales, activation, take-up, conversion, revenue, and channel performance to identify trends and gaps.
  • Prepare regular performance updates with clear commentary on what happened, why, and recommended actions.
  • Conduct post-campaign and post-launch reviews to capture results, issues, and key learnings.
  • Support management reporting and ad hoc commercial analysis.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor prepaid propositions, promotions, pricing, channels, and GTM activities.
  • Maintain regular competitor tracking and highlight material market developments.
  • Support assessments of competitor activities and their potential impact on NJOI Prepaid.
  • Identify relevant ideas and opportunities that can strengthen future GTM activities.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Operations, Technology, Finance, Customer Service, agencies, partners, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain clear documentation of deliverables, owners, timelines, and outstanding actions.
  • Support testing, operational readiness, launch communications, and implementation activities.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and follow-through on assigned projects.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for performance tracking, data reconciliation, campaign analysis, PivotTables, lookups, and trend analysis.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare clear GTM and management presentations.
  • Good understanding of digital and customer communication channels, particularly push notifications and targeted campaign communications.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement/CRM platforms such as MoEngage, or similar campaign management tools, for audience segmentation, campaign setup, push notifications, scheduling, and performance tracking is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of campaign metrics such as delivery rate, open/click-through rate, conversion, and campaign effectiveness is advantageous.
  • Strong coordination and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
