Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a highly motivated Associate or Experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our Quick Engine Change (QEC) Kit Asset Management Team in Seattle, Washington.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the highest-earning programs within our managed portfolio. The QEC program is dynamic and complex, presenting a variety of challenges that require a proactive and dedicated individual eager to learn and grow within this critical area of our business.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Experienced Level Supply Chain Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist in analyzing post-production supply chain data to help define reorder points and quantities, supporting cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Monitor material locations and support redistribution efforts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Support the review of supplier and customer data related to repair capabilities, capacity, and configuration changes, escalating issues as needed.
  • Identify and report supply chain issues or discrepancies, working with senior team members to resolve them.
  • Assist in identifying supply chain risks and opportunities, providing input to the broader BGS supply chain teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain activities and ensure alignment with program needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with compliance to Boeing policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the preparation of regular reports on supply chain performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing, quality, or experience in a regulated industry
  • 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment and/or business unit teams?
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a support organization
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Must have high attention to detail, be a self-starter, and results driven

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Associate): $79,050.00 - $106,950.00
Summary pay range (Experienced): $96,050.00 - $129,950.00
