As Associate Principal Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering highly configurable and customized applications using Conga Products and Platform for customers.

Here's the person we're looking for... 

Related Experience. You have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience delivering business transformation to optimize revenue lifecycle processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs across enterprise environments; leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) implementations and enhancements leveraging Salesforce CRM, JavaScript, and .NET (C#) for complex enterprise ecosystems; conducting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), and QTC assessments for legacy systems, ensuring seamless CRM/ERP integrations across upstream and downstream systems; designing and architecting robust, scalable, secure, and high performance technical solutions, aligning with enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices; defining technical architecture for custom development, API-driven integrations, and platform configurations; developing and customizing solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#, ensuring adherence to secure coding standards and optimized performance; building and maintaining REST and SOAP API integrations for data exchange, orchestration, and workflow automation between Salesforce and external enterprise systems; applying version control and branching strategies using Git and Bitbucket to maintain code integrity; managing project delivery using Jira for sprint planning and issue tracking, and maintaining architecture and technical design documentation in Confluence; performing code reviews to enforce best practices, ensure compliance with platform standards, and maintain high-quality deliverables; working with data architecture, including mapping and loading; ensuring compliance with standards, including GDPR, FINRA, and HIPAA; and collaborating with sales teams and prospects/customers to define solutions and scope and create Statements of Work.

Education. Must hold a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent.

Compensation:
In the spirit of the Conga Edge, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination. In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our employees worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.
Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. In addition to base salary, Employees receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
Salary Range: $177,850.00 – $279,385.00/year
