We’re looking for an Associate Producer to join the Guild Wars 2 team on a 1-year contract. In this role, you’ll support cross-disciplinary teams developing features and content for our live MMO. You’ll contribute by keeping work organized, tracking progress, maintaining backlogs, surfacing risks, and ensuring clear, timely communication.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate with audio, design, art, and engineering partners on cross-disciplinary teams to help update schedules, track tasks, and keep project information transparent
- Follow established development processes and help keep work moving forward
- Monitor change requests and assist with communicating updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with partner teams including Audio, Localization, QA, Outsourcing, Community, and Marketing
- Identify risks and dependencies, escalating concerns and sharing status updates as needed
- Support other Producers with dependency tracking, removing blockers, and communicating project changes
- Track task progress and manage multiple details across features and initiatives
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in game development, production, project coordination, or a related role
- One or more years of experience with game production in AAA game development preferred.
- Knowledge of software development pipelines and workflows
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and levels
- Experience using Agile game development methodologies
- Ability to follow established production processes
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort juggling multiple priorities
- Passion for games - familiarity for Guild Wars 2 is a plus
This is a 1-year contract.

This contract position is paid hourly, with additional overtime compensation when applicable. While we’re providing the full range for transparency, our target hiring rate generally falls between the minimum and midpoint of that range.
