What You'll Do:
Marketing & Partner Program Support
- Manage the Veterinary Relations content calendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing priorities and campaign timelines.
- Execute multi-channel marketing initiatives in partnership with Creative, Brand, Legal, and Marketing teams.
- Oversee editorial reviews of external-facing content to ensure messaging resonates with our target audience, reflects the brand voice, and is grammatically sound.
- Own digital marketing logistics, including but not limited to, managing CMS and CXM marketing platforms; building and maintaining design and copy templates for social media and communications; and developing standardized processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Execute digital marketing strategy, including but not limited to reporting on core marketing KPIs; developing audience segmentation and targeting strategy; analyzing performance to help optimize campaigns and social content; and translating insights into strategic recommendations
- Own project timelines for multi-channel marketing initiatives by proactively managing ideations, editing rounds, approvals, dependencies, and overall alignment with both stakeholders and our partners across the Creative, Brand, Legal, and Marketing teams.
- Manage logistics of our Continued Education program, including scheduling, tracking participants, creating certificates, and owning the virtual webinar platform.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability across initiatives, programs, and partnerships with both internal and external partners.
Event Strategy & Execution
- Own end to end management, planning, and execution for assigned veterinary conferences and student programs under the direction of senior leadership.
- Develop detailed event plans including timelines, vendor coordination, shipping logistics, inventory management, and onsite execution strategy.
- Manage event budgets within assigned scope, track expenses, and flag risks or optimization opportunities.
- Serve as onsite program lead for designated events, ensuring seamless execution and professional brand representation.
- Translate high-level engagement goals into organized, impactful field activation plans.
- Track KPIs and develop post-event summaries highlighting insights and performance metrics.
- Recommend exhibit enhancements to strengthen brand presence and improve program performance based on competitive insights and data analysis.
- Partner with the creative team to identify print, digital, web and in-app advertising opportunities that increase brand awareness at conferences.
- Proactively communicate with field teams to address any staffing gaps and lead pre-conference training sessions for assigned events.
- Manage collateral and giveaway inventory with vendors, as well as identifying and sourcing new giveaway concepts.
What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, event management, program management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or executing events (conference/trade show experience preferred).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with experience reviewing content for grammar, structure, and flow.
- Experience creating template-based marketing assets using drag-and-drop design tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing operations, including content deployment, platform management, and basic analytics reporting.
- Comfort representing the Chewy brand professionally in onsite environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move event materials as needed (within reasonable accommodation guidelines).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Ability to travel up to 35%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or B2B environments.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and marketing asset tracking.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
- Familiary with On24, Canva, Meta social platforms, Emplify, Office365, Sprinklr.
The base salary range for this role is $76,000 - $114,000.00.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
