- Perform data analysis of defect trends and present findings and recommendations
- Lead projects to identify root cause and eliminate defects and rework
- Execute quality build plan changes
- Recommend corrective actions to address non-conformances.
- Perform engineering change review and verification
- Continuous improvement of quality engineering processes

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- 2+ years' experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or another regulated industry
- 2+ years of experience in summarizing and/or reviewing documentation to develop informational or technical materials
- 2+ years' experience collecting, organizing and analyzing data, summarizing findings, and developing conclusions
- 2+ years' experience applying Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) or other similar rigorous problems/analysis/resolution processes
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical or related engineering)
- ABET accredited engineering degree
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- 5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in Quality Engineering or other production engineering job role
- Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
- Experience with analytics tools & software
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with an emphasis on positive relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written communication skills
