What You'll Do 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sourcing top talent, building a strong candidate pipeline, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in recruiting with a dynamic and growing organization. 

  • Identify and engage potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. 

  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with role requirements. 

  • Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process. 

  • Draft and publish job postings across various platforms to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool. 

  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy. 

  • Support initiatives that highlight Ignyte Group’s culture and values to strengthen the employer brand. 

  • Provide administrative support including document organization and reference checks. 

  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment efforts. 

What We're Looking For 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 

  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles (internships welcome) 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Comfortable working with dynamic environments and adapting to changing priorities 

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter 

  • Familiarity with ATS software such as JazzHR and ADP WorkforceNow 

  • Previous technical recruiting experience is a plus
