What You'll Do
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sourcing top talent, building a strong candidate pipeline, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. Identify and engage potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
Draft and publish job postings across various platforms to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
Support initiatives that highlight Ignyte Group’s culture and values to strengthen the employer brand.
Provide administrative support including document organization and reference checks.
Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment efforts.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles (internships welcome)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with dynamic environments and adapting to changing priorities
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiarity with ATS software such as JazzHR and ADP WorkforceNow
Previous technical recruiting experience is a plus
