Pay:                                $90,000 - $105,000 Annually

The Position:

OneEnergy is seeking an Associate, Salesforce Administrator to provide user support, maintain training documentation, and assist in the development of new functionality. This person will coordinate closely with the Salesforce Manager and Business Systems Analyst to identify ways to better support users through case management, training documentation, and system enhancements. This position will report to the Salesforce Manager. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Investigate and resolve issues submitted to the internal support desk
  • Create and maintain training documentation for Salesforce and related systems
  • Identify and communicate patterns in support cases and assist in development of a roadmap for improvements
  • Implement minor Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) fields, page layouts, and sharing settings
  • Design, develop, maintain Salesforce reports & dashboards for end users within the company
  • Lead virtual and in-person end user trainings 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work with end users to understand questions or issues, develop solutions, and confirm those solutions meet end users’ needs
  • Ability to analyze information and think systematically, with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
  • Works well independently and as part of a team 

Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of helpdesk or customer support experience
  • 1-2 years of Salesforce or other CRM administrator experience
  • Experience supporting Salesforce Field Service is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A desire to gain a thorough understanding of the company’s business processes and industry at large
  • Must have a “roll up your sleeves and let’s get the job done right” type attitude
  • Demonstrated qualities of integrity, credibility, and professional responsibility
  • A willingness to contribute to our culture which thrives on building trust and holding one another accountable
