Compensation Package : $69,700.00 - $93,000.00 USD annually + bonus eligibility

About the role.

Core Accountabilities/Outcomes:
- Developing new products from conception to launch
- Developing and managing timelines
- Providing technical direction to project teams and aligning with stakeholders for project reviews, technical risk mitigation and project post mortem
- Collecting data and reporting on each testing phase in the development process
- Presenting formulation options and impacts to gain consensus on next steps
- Participating in idea generation sessions in the concept development process
- Testing and validating product attributes, shelf life and plant scalability
- Supporting Change Management of products, specifications, transfers
- Manage and procure lab supplies and purchasing
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Food Science or related field
- Experience in Food Industry and/or Product Development is a plus but not mandatory
