Location: Pacific Northwest Territory
Travel: Up to 75% within assigned territory
Compensation: $75,000 base + up to $25,000 performance-based commission

What You’ll Learn & Own

  • Develop core account management and consultative selling skills within a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Drive utilization and revenue growth across existing customer accounts.
  • Learn how to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities within clinical practices.
  • Partner with healthcare providers to help them expand patient access and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Support customers using structured performance tools, including the 5 Stars Success Program.
  • Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers, Clinical Training Managers, and Regional Practice Managers - learning how high‑performing sales teams operate.
  • Travel extensively (up to 75%) to gain in‑field experience, build relationships, and develop confidence in customer‑facing environments.
  • Build strong business discipline through CRM management, forecasting, and expense reporting.

Education & Experience:

  • At least one year in an internship, entry‑level role, or exposure to sales, account management, healthcare, biotech, or other regulated industries.
  • Interest in marketing initiatives that drive engagement and growth.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Exposure to biotech or pharmaceutical environments, including Buy & Bill models.
  • Familiarity with clinical specialties such as psychiatry, neurology, dermatology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, or oncology.
  • Interest in supporting new program launches in healthcare settings.

Benefits Statement: The selected candidate will be eligible for the Company’s benefit plans, including health, dental, and vision insurance; supplemental coverage; HSA/FSA accounts; life and disability insurance; and a 401(k) with company contribution. Non-exempt salaried employees accrue vacation (.625) and personal time (.29166) per pay period, while full-time exempt employees are eligible for Flex-PTO with no accrual. Paid sick leave is provided where required by state law. All benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies, and may change.
