What's the Short Version?
The Associate Technical Project Manager is responsible for gathering technical project requirements, assisting in the investigation of technical solutions, preparing appropriate functional, technical and operational documentation, and monitoring the project process and tracking progress against agreed milestones.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Assist with the timely completion of multi discipline technical projects; participate in project meetings and support project tracking and analysis.
- Support system or technical project plan by reviewing project objectives, technology, systems, and information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
- Research, plan, communicate and achieve objectives through delivery team; collaborate with the team as they plan, track and execute project plans from start to completion.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Help to establish project feasibility by examining project alignment with organization strategies and plans; completing cost-benefit and information, technology, and systems integration analyses.
- Help to establish and achieve financial objectives by preparing a project budget; scheduling and approving expenditures; analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Confirm project outcomes by establishing standards and testing requirements; writing scripts and test cases.
- Support operations by resolving technology, systems, and information issues; providing user training.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
What Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- 0-1 years of related experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated; comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Commitment to customer service
- Solid analytical and reasoning skills and proven ability to develop solutions to complex problems
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $32.56 - $40.87 on an hourly basis, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Hybrid: SanMar's Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah, WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Quarterly travel may be required.
