Job Duties: Serve as a subject matter expert for large portions of our financial estate including (but not limited to) Tech Consulting Software categories on topics like budget, P&L, headcount, Recruiting, vendor strategy and more. Oversee multiple reporting and business intelligence systems, ensuring we can effectively measure performance and use data to inform decision making. Partner with senior leaders across the org to understand spending needs and connect business value to our financial processes. Manage large stable of external vendors. Maintain horizontal relationships with centralized support teams such as FP&A, Accounting, Vendor Management, and more. Prepare presentations on strategic growth, financial performance, operational governance and other critical items.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management, Finance, or a related field; and 24 months experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience involving each of the following: 1. Accounting processes, best practices, including P&L management; 2. Creating and operating business intelligence systems; 3. Financial analysis and trend analysis; 4. Revenue reporting and Revenue Model Maintenance; 5. Managing large data sets including Microsoft Excel, business intelligence tools (PowerBI), and sourcing/procurement software; 6. Translate complex user needs requirements into easily understood financial reporting and actionable plans, while also connecting those items business value in the process; 7. Vendor management.

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$117,900.00 - USD$137,500.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
