Your Role

As our new Automotive Implementation QA Specialist, you'll play a crucial part in our success. Here's what you'll be tackling:

• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing of new implementations, including all  integrations and configurations  to identify and resolve any defects
• Coordinate and manage third party vendor communication, and triage progress, while assisting  with customer configuration change requests
• Document quality assurance activities, processes, and root cause analysis proposing solutions and verifying fixes
• Manage the integration disconnect process for cancelled accounts
• Lead efforts to identify areas for process optimization, efficiency enhancement and innovation within the QA function
• Assist cross-functional teams with live accounts and third party vendor communication when integration issues arise beyond the scope of typical Support knowledge

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in implementation software QA / project management 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and cultivate partnerships with A2Z customers, our technology partners, and internal business partners.
• Excels in balancing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Brings valuable knowledge of automotive retail and software businesses
• Working knowledge of APIs  is a  strong plus, but not required
