• Serve as strategic partner to senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure automation and AI initiatives are aligned with enterprise objectives and structured for sustained value.
• Evaluate the health and performance of the overall AI and automation portfolio, identifying opportunities to rebalance investments toward higher-impact use cases or capabilities.
• Establish methods for quantifying solution effectiveness and realized business value, enabling better prioritization, reuse, and storytelling around automation impact.
• Lead cultural and mindset shifts by enabling fast, visible wins at scale, using these to anchor adoption of new platform behaviors and practices.

Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of experience spanning enterprise technology, business transformation, platform architecture, and large-scale program leadership.
• Background integrating professional consulting skills, business acumen, and deep technical fluency without anchoring to a single engineering discipline or technology stack.
• Demonstrated success leading global enablement initiatives that required operating across diverse technical environments, compliance landscapes, and organizational silos.
• Experience forming and scaling Centers of Excellence or similar capability hubs to drive sustainable value and internal enablement.
• Proven ability to design and operationalize reusable frameworks that balance control with autonomy, driving platform leverage without impeding business agility.
• Strong communication and influence skills with demonstrated success navigating matrixed global enterprises and cross-functional stakeholder environments.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated global industries.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tooling ecosystems (e.g., RPA, workflow orchestration, low-code platforms, LLM-based services) from a platform management or architecture perspective.
• Experience designing metrics frameworks for AI solution effectiveness, platform adoption, and value realization.
