We are looking for a visionary, growth-oriented senior leader to spearhead the Go-To-Market strategy, commercial growth, and innovation roadmap for our Sitecore, DXP, and Agentic Orchestration portfolio .
This role sits at the intersection of modern Martech strategy, composable DXP architecture, and autonomous AI. You will be the primary catalyst for driving market adoption and defining how we position, package, and sell next-generation digital experiences. A massive focus of this role will be defining how we embed agentic orchestration (autonomous AI agents, automated workflow orchestration, and cognitive personalization) into enterprise Sitecore ecosystems.
This role blends high-impact pre-sales engineering leadership, forward-looking solution strategy, and executive client advisory. You will work in lockstep with our Practice Leader, delivery organization, sales teams, and Sitecore alliance managers to win high-value opportunities and cement our position as a market leader.
ResponsibilitiesGo-To-Market (GTM) & Commercial Growth:
- Design & Execute GTM Strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive GTM blueprint for our Sitecore, DXP, and Agentic Orchestration offerings, aligning them with Sitecore’s SaaS roadmap and modern AI-driven market demands.
- Drive Deal Strategy: Partner directly with enterprise sales and account teams to identify, qualify, and capture high-value opportunities. Act as the executive solution architect to close complex deals.
Define Packaged Offerings: Build, position, and commercialize repeatable offerings, solution patterns,and accelerators that combine Sitecore DXP with agentic AI workflows to accelerate time-to-market.
Martech Strategy & Agentic Positioning
- Lead Martech Strategy: Act as the executive authority on how Sitecore integrates into broader enterprise Martech ecosystems (including CDPs, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics engines).
- Architect Agentic Orchestration: Define how autonomous AI agents and intelligent orchestration layerinto traditional DXP environments to automate content creation, optimize user journeys, and drive real-time personalization.
- Translate Vision to Use Cases: Bridge the gap between complex AI/tech capabilities and tangible business outcomes, shaping executive-level narratives across diverse industries.
- Stay Ahead of Innovation: Maintain deep technical currency on Sitecore’s composable evolution, modernheadless stacks, and emerging agentic AI frameworks to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge.
Client Engagement & Trusted Advisory
- Executive Advisory: Build and maintain deep relationships with client C-suite stakeholders (CMOs, CIOs,CDOs), advising them on digital transformation, customer experience (CX), and AI-first operational efficiency.
- Solution Value Realization: Ensure every proposed solution delivers quantifiable business value, connecting Sitecore and agentic orchestration implementations directly to client revenue, retention, and scale.
Technical Strategy & Innovation Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Practice Leader and Head ofDelivery to ensure that the strategic visions sold map perfectly to delivery capabilities and standards.
- Inject Innovation into Delivery: Infuse generative AI, agentic automation, and modern composableframeworks into our delivery methodology, keeping our implementation teams ahead of the curve.
Strategic Alliance with Sitecore:
- Alliance Management: Cultivate executive-level relationships within Sitecore’s product, strategy, and sales organizations.
- Co-Selling & Joint Planning: Lead joint account planning, co-selling initiatives, and partner program alignments to secure our position as a top-tier global Sitecore partner.s
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive leadership in digital experience platform (DXP), complex content platforms, or marketing technology (Martech) ecosystems.
- Deep Sitecore Expertise: Proven track record architecting or leading solutions across Sitecore’s modern stack, including XP/XM Cloud, Content Hub, and their composable SaaS portfolio.
- AI & Orchestration Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience conceptualizing or implementing AI-driven features, cognitive workflows, or agentic orchestration/AI agent frameworks within digital commerce or content platforms.
- Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
- Growth & GTM Background: Proven success defining GTM strategy, launching technology offerings, andleading pre-sales efforts for large-scale enterprise consulting or systems integration portfolios.
- Strategic Consultant: Exceptional background operating as a high-level consultant or solutions architect rather than a pure delivery manager.

- Strategic Architecture: Mastery of modern Martech stacks, composable/headless architectures, and dataintegration patterns (CDPs, APIs, Event-Driven Architecture).
- Business-to-Tech Translation: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts (like agentic AI workflows) into compelling, value-driven business cases for non-technical executives.
- Executive Gravitas: Superb communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at the enterpriseC-suite level.
Success Measures
- Pipeline & Revenue: Growth in the practice's total sales pipeline and contract value driven by Sitecore andDXP services.
- Market Impact: Successful launch and commercial traction of new Sitecore + Agentic Orchestration GTM offerings.
- Partner Standing: Attainment of top-tier partner milestones and co-sell revenue alignment with Sitecore.
- Innovation Velocity: Development of repeatable accelerators, thought leadership, and AI use cases thatdifferentiate the company in the market.
- Win Rate: Increased conversion rates on enterprise Sitecore and Martech RFPs and pitches.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $250,000.00.
