AVS Region Strategic Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. AVS VBP项目全流程管理

• 根据区域VBP战略，协助制定并执行具体项目方案，确保落地效果
• 以VBP Playbook为指导，跟进项目各环节执行质量，推动持续优化
• 识别项目执行中的问题与风险，提出改进建议并追踪，提升中标率与效率

2. 跨部门协同与资源协调

• 协助统筹区域内VBP项目，协调MA、销售、市场、产品、工厂等相关团队资源
• 支持投标流程中的商务文件准备、审核与优化，确保符合各省要求
• 参与VBP分销商沟通与管理，推动项目顺利实施

3. 加强 AVS VBP Funnel管理

• 与运营团队配合，加强AVS VBP Funnel 质量，提高VBP能见度
• 提高VBP 项目从中标到订单转换的商务转换率

4. 政策支持与信息传递

• 跟踪并解读全国及区域医疗设备采购相关政策，及时向团队反馈关键变化
• 协助建立与区域政府部门（卫健委\公共资源交易中心等）的沟通机制
• 与总部政府事务团队保持信息同步，确保执行一致性

Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历，5年以上医疗器械行业相关经验，具备VBP、市场准入或政府事务背景者优先
• 熟悉中国医疗器械采购政策及区域政府运作机制
• 具备良好的沟通能力、执行力与跨部门协作能力
• 有超声、影像或耗材产品线经验者优先考虑
