What We Look For in Future Back-End Engineer Hires

We regularly seek professionals with:

  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java

  • Experience designing APIs and microservices in cloud-native environments

  • Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching, and message queuing

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), containers (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)

  • Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools

Bonus points for experience in privacy, security, or real-time data processing at scale.

  • Skilled at problem-solving and communicating trade-offs in architecture discussions
