About the Role
This position will support the day-to-day management and compliance of CrowdStrike's health and welfare benefits, insurance, and retirement programs for the Americas region.
Reports to the Benefits Manager (U.S.) and dotted line to Benefits Manager (Canada/LATAM)
What You'll Do

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate benefit processes.
  • Work with Payroll, HR Operations and HR Services to resolve benefits queries.
  • Review, approve and track benefit invoices to ensure timely payment.
  • Set up new vendors, working with procurement and finance teams.
  • Maintain Benefits platforms, updating benefits summaries and content for HR Intranet and website.
  • Support the communications and promotion of the CrowdStrike benefits programs
  • Maintain and update Country benefits process guides.
  • Assist Benefits Manager with annual renewal and open enrollment activities.
  • Lead the annual compliance reporting and nondiscrimination testings for the US ERISA plans (401(k), Section 125 cafeteria plan, ACA Reporting, etc.)
  • Assist with 401(k) Form 5500 and audit preparation.
  • Assist with Deferred Compensation Plan open enrollment.
  • Support special projects as needed.


What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of benefits experience
  • Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks and operate within a team work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data
  • Ability to shift priorities and effectively perform under pressure.
  • Proficient with Workday/HR Systems is a plus
  • Technology industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $70,000 - $110,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
