The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Benefits Analyst to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Cranston, RI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This can be an in-office or hybrid position.
Responsibilities:

  • Interact by email, virtual meetings, and occasionally by phone.

  • Review and correct any discrepancies with census information by corresponding with client and verifying information from client carrier invoice.

  • Obtain rates through several quoting sites.

  • Verify accuracy of rates obtained from site.

Qualifications:

  • Formal education in the form of an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced excel skills.

  • Must be able to complete several excel based proposals quickly and error free.

  • Must be able multi-task while maintaining accuracy

  • Must have high degree of attention to detail - accuracy in this position is critical.

  • Must have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
