We’re looking for a Benefits Partner to join our Global Benefits team! The Benefits Partner will work as part of a small but mighty team to ensure Dropbox offers competitive benefits to Dropboxers, which are optimized for Dropbox’s business goals, values and culture.
This role combines program management, analytics, and stakeholder partnership, with the opportunity to help shape benefits offerings that support Dropboxers globally. You’ll gain exposure to global benefits strategy while collaborating with teams across People, Finance, Payroll, and HR Systems.

Responsibilities- Support the management of international benefits programs across EMEA, APJ, and NAMER, including leave of absence, disability, life and risk insurance, medical, dental, vision, and pension plans.
- Partner with brokers and benefit providers to ensure smooth plan administration, manage renewal cycles, and implement statutory or company-driven updates.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, People Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient benefits administration.
- Analyze benefits utilization, market benchmarks, and employee feedback to generate insights and inform program improvements.
- Improve the employee benefits experience by ensuring programs and policies are clearly communicated, accessible, and easy to navigate.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and operational efficiency across benefits administration.
- Build collaborative relationships across the organization to understand evolving needs and help ensure benefits programs support company objectives.
- At least 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or benefits analysis, ideally within a technology or SaaS organization.
- Experience supporting international benefits programs and collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Understanding of benefits compliance requirements and best practices across multiple regions.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop thoughtful recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize employee experience as a product, with proven success applying product management principles (roadmapping, user journeys, feature prioritization) to HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in leveraging design thinking methodologies to deeply understand employee needs, rapidly prototype experience solutions, and implement data-driven iteration cycles that measurably enhance engagement and retention.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in the flow of work.
- Ability and willingness to travel quarterly for in-personal gatherings.
- Experience managing or supporting global benefits programs across EMEA, APJ, and NAMER.
- Experience working in a distributed or global technology company.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and HR systems such as Workday.
- Familiarity with design thinking or product-style approaches to improving employee experience.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies to enhance productivity.
