About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the compliance team with ad-hoc tasks related to sanctions and CTF.
  • Conduct research on policies, sanctions and CTF laws, and relevant regulatory frameworks to support compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with the preparation of various internal reports, including compiling, collating, summarizing data, and proofreading.
  • Participate in training programs related to Compliance and other subjects relevant to day-to-day responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Major in Law, Economics, Social Science, or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of financial crime compliance or law is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Must be a comprehensive reader able to understand complex subjects.
  • Must be data-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently across functional and geographic boundaries.
  • Should demonstrate learning agility and maintain a critical and innovative mindset.
  • Crypto enthusiast.
