About Titan

Titan is building the first AI-native registered investment advisor (RIA). Backed by some of Silicon Valley’s best (a16z, GC, Sam Altman), we manage the wealth of tens of thousands of clients, with billions in assets. Consumer finance is approaching its graduation, from the era of fast-money trading to thoughtful wealth management. The problem is that most are rightfully skeptical of the "old white guy" charging exorbitant fees to help you navigate all your wealth's complexities. Good news: this can be completely disrupted with humans & AI working in tandem. You will help build Titan into the first jaw-dropping experience in the advisory space.

Why Join Titan

For the right person, we believe Titan will be one of the most rewarding jobs they ever have.

  • World-Class Investors: We’re backed by top investors who share our bold vision, including a16z, General Catalyst, Sam Altman.

  • Critical Why Now: The advent of LLMs enables Titan to be the first AI-native advisor in history (if you needed a peek at our roadmap, here you go)...right on time for new generations reaching adulthood.

  • Disproportionate Impact: Because we’re still a small team, you'll help define the entirety of the product, not parts of it.

  • Vibrant in-person culture: We thrive on being a high-collaboration team, bouncing ideas off each other, working together every day in person.

  • Big Vision, Big Risks: We're believe in taking bold opportunities. You'll find we're a high courage team, seeking asymmetric product experiences.

  • Strong Compensation: Titan offers competitive cash compensation and well-above-market equity packages. Our logic is to hire fewer great people and pay them exceptionally well.

We’re looking for a Brand Designer to help bring our brand to life across surfaces. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our CEO, marketing, product, and external creative collaborators. You’ll play a foundational role in shaping Titan’s identity in the world, owning the brand design craft, the systems, and the storytelling that express who we are. We seek to become one of the most iconic brands in fintech.

This is a high-impact, roll-up-your-sleeves role with significant visibility.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design branded assets across all touchpoints—web, mobile, social, email, campaigns, merchandise, and more

  • Push our brand identity forward, proposing recommendations and new ideas

  • Translate our visual language into scalable, cohesive, and compelling creative systems

  • Work closely with the CEO to express company vision from internal decks to external campaigns

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners (design, marketing, agencies) to concept and execute creative campaigns at a high level

  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, design kits, and visual systems that support consistency across the org

  • Source, onboard, and direct creative talent and agencies as needed

  • Contribute to the broader culture of design at the company—mentoring peers, defining process, and raising the bar for visual storytelling

What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in brand or graphic design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional taste and craft

  • Experience working on high-growth consumer and/or modern tech brands

  • Demonstrated ability to create for multiple surfaces and formats—digital, print, motion, social, and more

  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to work directly with senior stakeholders

  • Comfort balancing hands-on creative work with high-level strategy and systems thinking

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and common prototyping/animation tools

  • Bonus: experience directing or working with agencies, illustrators, or animators

You’ll thrive here if you...

  • Are energized by startup environments—fast-moving, collaborative, high output expectations, and full of opportunity

  • Have high standards and a strong point of view, but low ego

  • Have incredible taste for compelling & beautiful brands

  • Enjoy operating both strategically and tactically—zooming in and out with ease

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
