The Opportunity

Join our Brand Marketing team for a hands-on internship where you'll gain real-world experience supporting social media, influencer, and brand marketing initiatives for a fast-growing consumer brand. Over the course of the semester, you'll collaborate on creative campaigns, help identify emerging trends and creators, assist with product seeding and community initiatives, and contribute to day-to-day marketing operations. This is an opportunity for a creative, social-first student to build valuable industry experience. 


What You’ll Do (but not limited to): 

  • Assist with the development of social media content across static, video, and emerging formats.  
  • Build and coordinate shipment lists for influencer gifting, community initiatives, events, and product seeding opportunities.  
  • Help build relationships with consumers by supporting ambassador programs, community campaigns, events, giveaways, and other initiatives that foster brand advocacy.  
  • Assist in growing user-generated content (UGC) and organic social engagement by identifying opportunities for community participation and surfacing relevant trends and insights.  
  • Research and identify potential influencers and creators for gifting, partnerships, and campaigns.  
  • Research industry trends, competitors, consumer insights, and social media best practices to identify opportunities for the brand.  
  • Help manage influencer and community inboxes, responding to inquiries and routing requests as appropriate.  
  • Perform other social, influencer, and community marketing projects as assigned by the Brand Marketing team. 

Timeline:  

September to December — with potential to continue for an additional semester based on performance and business needs. 


Hours:  

~10 hours per week 

Pay:  

$18 - $22/hr 

Non-exempt / hourly pay 


Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Current student enrolled in college/university 
  • Majoring in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Digital Media or other related fields. 
  • Strong understanding/knowledge of social media, pop culture, trends, and influencer marketing. 
  • Creative and detail-oriented individual with excellent written and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to create social-forward content (static + video) for brand’s needs 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Comfortable in dynamic, collaborative, fast-paced work environment
