We are looking for a Brand Reputation, SEO & PR Manager who can take complete ownership of the organization's online reputation, search visibility, and public brand perception. This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role responsible for ensuring that the brand maintains a strong, credible, and authoritative presence across search engines, digital media, review platforms, and online communities.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in SEO, digital PR, reputation management, content strategy, and community engagement to build a resilient digital brand. You will proactively shape public perception, strengthen search visibility, manage reputation risks, and create systems that reinforce trust and authority across digital channels.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the organization's online reputation and search presence across major digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute SEO-driven reputation management strategies to strengthen brand visibility and authority.
  • Monitor search engine results, brand mentions, reviews, and online conversations to identify opportunities and potential reputation risks.
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of high-authority digital assets, profiles, and content properties.
  • Create and execute content strategies designed to enhance brand credibility and improve search rankings.
  • Develop relationships with media outlets, journalists, industry publications, and influencers to secure positive brand coverage.
  • Lead digital PR initiatives, guest posting campaigns, thought leadership content, and media placements.
  • Execute rapid-response reputation management campaigns when negative content or brand risks emerge.
  • Build and nurture customer advocacy programs that encourage positive brand engagement and organic endorsements.
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to identify and amplify success stories, testimonials, and positive customer experiences.
  • Continuously optimize strategies for evolving search algorithms, AI-powered search experiences, and digital reputation trends.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to search visibility, brand sentiment, content performance, and reputation metrics.
  • Identify automation, monitoring, and analytics tools that improve visibility and reputation management efficiency.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 3+ years of experience in Online Reputation Management, SEO, Digital PR, Brand Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven success in managing and improving brand visibility within search engine results.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, search algorithms, and digital authority-building strategies.
  • Experience developing and executing digital PR campaigns and media outreach initiatives.
  • Familiarity with reputation monitoring tools, brand tracking platforms, and online listening solutions.
  • Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
  • Experience creating high-quality content that supports both reputation management and search performance objectives.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered search trends, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and evolving digital discovery platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Passion for building trusted brands, protecting reputation capital, and driving measurable business impact through strategic digital initiatives.
