  • Develop customer strategy at national, regional and local level

  • Implement segment strategies to drive healthy growth in revenue and share
  • Mine and develop key consumer insights and perform competitive analysis, including business reviews and preparation of functional area reports
  • Oversee and create a pipeline of prospects and track to closure, providing reporting at each step of the journey on CRM
  • Work with strategic segment customers’ purchasing and marketing teams to secure product usage nationwide
  • Lead and oversee projects in partnership with key dealers, integrators and other business partners
  • Provide leadership to all of the sales team across the regions on segment strategy implementation
  • Increase brand awareness within the construction industry
  • Work with national, regional and local construction industry representatives to develop and implement external marketing strategies
  • Forecast and participate in applicable planning activities to assist in overall sales and production planning
  • Work cross-functionally to support marketing and product development initiatives
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
  • Protect CGI’s reputation by keeping information confidential
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
  • Education/Certifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years of sales/marketing in the construction industry
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Highly motivated with good planning, organization and prioritizing skills
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Team skills, both as a leader and team member
  • Other:
    • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time internationally and domestically; valid driver's license
The pay range for this position is $118,449.00 - $195,142.50; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
