Candidate Profile

Resulticks seeks optimistic, high-energy industry veterans with entrepreneurial spirits and proven track records of successful problem-solving and process analysis to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst. 

The Senior Business Analyst will be expected to bring subject matter expertise along with experience of solving complex organization information problems. You must have the ability to communicate with members from different teams at different levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a natural collaborator with the ability to develop and monitor new computer programs to ensure business requirements are being met. You should have strong analytical skills and be detail-oriented in order to provide the best solutions to current business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phase of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts
  • Determine operational objectives, evaluating output requirements and formats.
  • Design new computer programs after analyzing requirements and constructing workflow charts and diagrams.
  • Improve current systems by identifying problems and designing modifications.
  • Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
  • Define project requirements and details which includes identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming the project team, and creating the project budget.
  • Monitor project progress by regularly tracking activities, solving any issues along the way and publishing progress reports.
  • Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
  • Write and maintain user documentation, train user, and provide help desk support.
  • Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Establish professional networks and participate in professional societies.

Pre-Requisites

  • Must have 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong skills in software design and development along with software documentation and requirements.
  • Must have the ability to analyze problems and find solutions.
  • Must have a proven track record of achieving team targets and accomplishing results.
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and team collaborative skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is advantageous
  • Expert or intermediate Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience and Academic Qualifications

  • At minimum, a B.A. or B.S. in a relevant field of study.
  • Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Must have authorization to work in the United States.
