Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst with strong experience in business intelligence and reporting tools to support a long-term, high-impact initiative. This role is ideal for someone who can translate business reporting needs into actionable insights and work effectively in a fully remote environment.

This is a minimum 1-year commitment, with strong potential for extension and continued engagement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret business reporting requirements
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable reporting specifications
  • Work closely with technical teams to support development of dashboards and reports
  • Validate and ensure accuracy of reporting outputs across BI tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting needs and improve data visibility
  • Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of reporting solutions

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of Business Analyst experience (mid-career level)
  • Strong experience with Sisense, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Proven ability to understand and interpret report requirements
  • Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on data/reporting-heavy projects
  • Familiarity with data validation and QA processes for reporting
  • Prior experience in remote, distributed teams (especially East Coast-based teams)
