Business Analyst – Cyber Security (Privileged Access Management)

The Role
As a Business Analyst within Capco's Cyber Security practice, you will work with leading financial services and energy clients to deliver Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation initiatives. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements while supporting the enhancement and adoption of enterprise PAM capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging business objectives with cybersecurity solutions that improve governance, operational efficiency, and risk management.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture, analyze, and document current and future state Privileged Access Management processes and business requirements
  • Develop high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation to support solution delivery
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to support application onboarding, solution design, and implementation activities
  • Coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support successful deployment and business adoption of PAM capabilities
  • Produce clear project deliverables, status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise technology initiatives
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and data requirements while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage business and technical audiences
  • Experience supporting Agile project delivery and working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting Privileged Access Management initiatives, including business process analysis, application onboarding, testing coordination, and organizational adoption

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management platforms
  • Familiarity with privileged account discovery, credential vaulting, Privileged Session Management (PSM), least privilege, just-in-time access, service accounts, and privileged access governance
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity transformation or enterprise identity initiatives within financial services or energy organizations
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity governance, or regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Experience working within consulting or client-facing delivery environments
