Document epics and user stories, validate scope and requirements, follow Agile/Scrum, coordinate releases, perform feature testing, track metrics, conduct market research, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver mobile and digital product features.
Responsibilities:
- Documenting epics and user stories for features and enhancements, ensure tasks and subtasks are created by respective technology team members and tracked regularly.
- Vet scope, requirements, use case/user scenario, test case documents and design specifications, in partnership with Product managers, UX, Architecture, Development and QA.
- Follow Agile Scrum process. Track epics and stories completion to project timelines, help identify risks and dependencies, escalate to Product manager for timely resolution
- Conduct feature testing before release, review results with Product manager and Scrum team and drive next steps
- Help with release management coordination across teams including approvals, release notes, internal communication etc.
- Tracking feature related metrics and provide regular reporting on crucial features
- Carry out market and feature research, to help with product roadmaps and priorities.
- Effectively work with cross-functional teams comprised of both business roles and technical development during the life cycle of product development
- Partner with IT on development, testing & implementation plans, as well as internal communications & deployment plans
- Proactively identify issues and work with internal partners to understand options and execute solve
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years working in an Agile development environment in a business or techno-functional role. Including using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.
- 3+ years of Digital experience (Mobile experience mandatory)
- Priori experience in Content Management and Web/Mobile analytics
- Exposure in Product management, including ideation to execution, and launch to maintain.
- Strong business and analytical mindset . Good in requirement elicitation and documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
