As a Business Analyst supporting the Prime business unit, you will help drive the operational foundation of our trading activities—including spot trading, financing or derivatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is analytical, curious, and excited to work at the intersection of financial markets and crypto. You will work closely with cross-functional teams - RevOps, TradeOps, Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Sales—to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day trading processes while supporting improvements to workflows, reporting, and client experience. This is a great opportunity to learn the business end-to-end and grow into a subject matter expert over time.
Business & Operational Support
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Trading business, including internal reporting, workflow tracking, and process coordination.
- Assist with client on-boarding, trade lifecycle questions, and general operational inquiries from internal teams.
- Help maintain documentation, playbooks, and operational procedures.
- Assist sales with complex RFP and Due Diligence documents focused on the Prime business.
Data & Analysis
- Perform data analysis using tools like Python, SQL, and Excel to support financial reporting, generate insights,and validate business metrics.
- Track KPIs and support weekly/monthly reporting across the Trading business.
- Identify data inconsistencies or operational gaps and help drive resolution.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with RevOps, TradeOps, Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to support execution of trading processes and client needs.
- Assist in coordinating small projects or workflow improvements, helping ensure deliverables stay on track.
- Support the implementation of new product features or operational changes by gathering requirements, documenting needs, and performing user testing.
Client & Internal Stakeholder Interaction
- Join client and internal calls as needed to provide support, gather feedback, and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Help maintain clear communication loops on product and service issues or improvements.
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, financial services, trading support, consulting, or a similar analytical role (internships and rotational programs welcome).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems, work with data, and communicate insights clearly.
- Familiarity with financial markets or crypto, or a strong desire to learn quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with Python, SQL, or data visualization tools.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to trading operations, trade lifecycle, or fintech environments.
- Interest in digital assets, crypto market structure, and emerging financial products.
