We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to identify business needs, analyze processes, and develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency and support strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating business requirements into functional specifications that drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.
* Evaluate current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
* Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process maps.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
* Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Assist with solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
* Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
* Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
* Support change management initiatives by developing training materials and assisting with end-user adoption.
* Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
* Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and data visualization tools is preferred.
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
* Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, or similar collaboration and documentation tools.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with business process modeling and workflow optimization.
* Knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques.
* Exceptional organizational skills with close attention to detail.
* Professional certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
