What this job involves:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst focused primarily on financial operations with supporting administrative functions.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Lead end-to-end purchase order lifecycle from creation through fulfillment and reconciliation
  • Partner with AP Lead on accounts payable governance and coordinate monthly accruals
  • Generate and manage purchase orders, invoicing, and financial reports
  • Maintain central repository of vendor contracts and manage renewal pipeline
  • Coordinate vendor quarterly business reviews and track certificates of insurance
  • Support property budget preparation and recurring financial reporting
  • Manage Amazon Business procurement and office supply ordering
  • Create and maintain procedural documents and organized filing systems
  • Monitor communication channels with prompt, professional responses
  • Provide general administrative support as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, business, accounting or related role
  • Excellent customer service and vendor relationship management skills
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in data collection, organization, and analysis
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication abilities
  • Experience supporting financial processes and procurement operations
  • Proficiency in MRI, Nexus Bottom-line, and Coupa software systems preferred

Estimated compensation for this position:

71,900.00 – 88,100.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
