Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Ayathi team as a Business Analyst. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to rigorously analyse business data, customer/manufacturing trends and construct informative reports/presentations to top management in a timely manner to facilitate strategic decision-making; continuously engage in initiatives that improve business and production processes to meet current business objectives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Collaborate on creating and monitoring KPIs to achieve departmental goals and develop the annual Hoshin (A3).
  • Analyze and present weekly KPI updates and achievement of objectives to the Director during performance reviews.
  • Manage the Director's calendar and efficiently coordinate business meetings.
  • Oversee financial reports, budgets, and profitability analysis to ensure targets are met on behalf of the Director.
  • Research and analyze market and customer trends, to aid decision-making.
  • Follow up and update on project progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physical Science, Engineering AND/OR Professional - Fully Qualified- Financial Accounting

  • 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with market research techniques

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.
