As a Business and Legal Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency across the organization by streamlining contract management, optimizing vendor relationships, ensuring legal compliance, and overseeing commercial contracts. In this critical individual contributor role, reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help scale systems and workflows as the company grows.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with a strong operational mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You understand how to align operational initiatives with strategic business goals to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support company-wide success.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the review, negotiation, and execution of MSAs, SOWs, and other customer and vendor agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external legal teams.
  • Own the vendor management lifecycle — including onboarding, contract renewals, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing) to ensure alignment on operational and contractual obligations.
  • Support the VP of Finance with finance-related operations such as procurement documentation, expense tracking, and reporting prep.
  • Partner with teams to identify and implement cross functional process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
  • Maintain and organize internal documentation of contracts, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all internal teams on inquiries related to contractual terms and operational compliance.
  • Collaborate with the  Customer Success team to respond to customer questions surrounding renewal provisions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Accounting/Finance, Legal support, or procurement-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of contract structures, negotiation principles, and legal language.
  • Experience managing redlines, coordinating with external counsel, and negotiating terms with customer
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across departments and managing vendor relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Experience working for a B2B SaaS business
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, QuickBooks, and DocuSign
